This is my go to nail place now . I went the other night and they were fast and went above and beyond to make me happy. I didn't get the man's name who did my nails this time but he was very good ! And added extra to my nails for me . Love my Christmas set ???? ❤
If I could give this salon 0 stars I would! Went in for a jelly pedicure (which I’ve received 50+ prior). Older man had no idea what he was doing. I’m pretty sure he didn’t even have a license. Worst pedicure I’ve ever received! He even scrubbed my leg raw with a sander block after telling him no multiple times.
I had my nails painted yesterday. Today , they are chipped and fragile. Worst service I’ve ever had there. I don’t like to make bad reviews. But I had to this time.
Loved this place ! I wish I knew the ladys name who did my nails but she did such a good job. My nails are naturally shaped funny but she made them look so good and so normal. Not too bulky and the shape is just to die for!
Went in with the intention of doing a mani & pedi, we started with the pedi which was such a disappointment, from the beginning it felt super rushed, like we were racing the clock. Definitely feels like they're more about quantity than quality. The lady doing my toes didn't even bother cleaning my toes! She barely even cut off the cuticle, & before I knew it she was already putting the color on them. I might as well have paid for just a color change because that was not worth the $51 "pedicure" I paid for. Once it was time for my mani I declined & told her I didn't want it anymore. I do not recommend to anyone looking for quality service
This has been my go-to salon for years, so I know exactly what the services that I get include. I used to really enjoy coming in, but lately my experiences have been pretty sub-par. I brought my sister in for us to enjoy a nice mani-pedi. We decided to splurge on the Royal Package (I usually get the Pamper Me). Normally, they take a few minutes to rub and massage in the scrub, then the cream, etc. The past few times, they spend just long enough to apply it and then are rinsing it right off. It advertises a 15 minute hot stone massage (to which they used to actually set a timer, which I noticed they no longer do). I'm lucky if it was 5 minutes. I asked for the gel color on my hands that my sister was getting, and got no color at all, just clear top coat gel. We had different technicians doing our services and we both had lacking experiences. Not only that, but I was charged more than my sister for the exact same services (she even had to have gels removed from both her hands and her feet first, and all I had removed was a few specks of regular polish on my big toes). I used to really love this place, but I'm really disappointed that you no longer get the services as advertised. It felt like the absolute bare minimum and super rushed. I maybe could understand if we came in on a busy weekend, but this was a Friday morning with only a few other customers. With this being a regular occurrence now, I'm sad to think that maybe I should find somewhere else. What I got today was not worth the over $100 that I paid for it.
I always like the way Lan treats me. She takes her time cleaning my nails especially my ingrown toenails

Absolutely ridiculous that someone with a license to do nails did such a poor job!
The nails were not smooth at all, very lumpy and all different lengths and shapes! Still had acrylic on my cuticles and going over on the edges of my fingers he just polished right over! When I pointed it out he said No No last longer. Humm not on my skin!!
