Really cute nails! Definitely recommend coming here.The staff there were nice. Really satisfied with the nail designs I got. But I would recommend you tell them to go easy when cutting your cuticles because they were a little rough but other than that they were great. Great service. No appointment needed.
I stopped in yesterday for a pedicure, nails and lashes and it was by far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in any salon ever! I paid $53 just for a gel pedicure and my toe is so sore today I can’t put my shoe on but that’s not even the reason for the complaint. If I could give negative stars or zero I would. After getting my pedicure I go sit to get my nails done. I get dipping powder and the guy doesn’t even remove the old powder but instead puts an acrylic fill and proceeds to paint on top of the powder. The color underneath was dark so it made my nails 2 different tones. I immediately stopped him and said I asked for a fresh set of nails. He proceeds to tell me “next time I do”. Even after I told him this was not what I asked for or want and it looks awful he proceeds to try to make me give h a thumbs up and tells me $40 for a fill and paint. The entire experience from how they treated me to the shoddy work the did was beyond egregious. I had to go to somewhere else to get my nails fixed. Spend your money elsewhere is my advice.
Terrible service. Got my nails done on 11/11/22 by 11/13/22 4 nails out of 10 was loose, I returned once they opened 11/14/22, requested they fixed their work. The nail Tech John got upset because I said they over charged me $75 just for full set, and asked me to return the next day when David returns (paid $118 for toes nail polish change and tipped him $20.) I’ve lived near that nail shop since 1999 met the several owners. I stoped going there, and this reminded me why. I graced them with my presence because my nail tech at l’amour nails is out of town.
STAY AWAY!!! This was by far the worst experience I have had. I went for a fill and ended up with my nail ripped off the skin. I told him I have hard gel on my nails which needed to be drilled off since he couldn't fill as they don't have gel. He told me "no time" and took a nail tip, shoves it in between my natural nail and the gel overlay and ripped my natural nail right out of the nail bed. HE ATTEMPTED TO JUST KEEP GONG!!!! I made him stop and get alcohol. Then he told me "WE CAN DO DIP POWDER" Like, he suggested I dip my bleeding finger in a powder that other people dip into. NASTY! No sir, I made him get me bandages and ended the service. This place is next level disgusting! I'm in so much pain right now and had to seek medical treatment. They should be shut down!!!
First time there and the staff was very rude. Again, first time there and when I arrived, I was told to take a number. I was not told what number they was on so I asked to get an idea if how long the wait time will be. The gentleman answered sarcastically as if I was bothering him. Thereafter, I asked the eyebrow lady, same annoyed response.
First time impression is a lasting impression. Since you seem to be annoyed, I will take my annoying funds somewhere else.

Terrible nail shop , full of extortion. I called before going and I was told a gel manicure would cost me $23 . I went in and also got a pedicure . (No gel or acrylic ) I was told that my total was $70. How can a simple pedicure cost $47 when usually they only charge $28 MAX. This isn’t the first time they’ve overcharged me either . It happens each and every time due to me being young and they feel they can push me over . I was charged $80 for a simple short acrylic manicure with rhinestones on one finger . Just disgusting service , sad that I won’t be returning because I liked their work .
This place hasn't been the same since the original owner, Nancy sold it to the current owner. The problem with these nail salons is that they set up shop in black neighborhoods and they provide sub par services. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to a white neighborhood for better service. The drive is worth it.
