I went in for a refill. I called earlier and they said it’s going to be $20 that’s why I went. I show up and they say it’s $45. The lady I had was very rough and not professional. I went there today without an appointment and they fit me in right away even though they were busy. I went with pink and white ombré gel nails and Scott did a beautiful job. The shape, thickness and design are all perfect!
Visit here on sunday was very upset with my experience I spent $80 just for the guy to rush me answer phone 5 different occassions hurt 1 of my nails rushed designs it has only been couple days and my nails already started to look bad not to mention at end no hot towel or lotion because I assuming they were too busy. Sad because I would go here every couple weeks for gel nails and foot spa. Next time I will be looking into other places.

Lesson to myself to never try a place on a whim because you’re in the area.
I religiously get my nails done by the same place every time, but this time because I was in the area decided to go somewhere else. The women did my pedicure in less than 10 minutes, almost put a CHEESE GRATER to the back of my feet, which I stopped, didn’t apply a base coat and polish is everywhere.
Usually go to Tropical Spa but they were too busy today fir a gel pedicure. I called Le's and came down. I'm always happy to go to a new place because I feel like maybe I'll like it better than the other one....The shop is clean but I didn't think it was very friendly. The guy that was here (Owner? Manager?) ordered me to a chair in the back then sat on his phone across from me with the volume turned up high over the TV and was just annoying to listen to. I chose the $45 spa package and a color from a single book that had about 30 colors in it. It was all I was offered and when I asked if those were the only gel colors they had she said yes though I saw several more in the front of the shop. The tech was pretty rough digging into the cuticles and underneath my nails and I almost said something but it was over pretty quickly so I didn't and she was nice and did a good job and the pedicure itself is pretty. When I went to leave the bill was $60- though nothing was mentioned about a $15 up- charge for gel.... which I think is the biggest scam going with all the shops in this area and so dishonest. Be sure you ask what your total price is going to be before you sit down. I won't be back.
Was sat and even picked a color out and my nail techs asked for my color then proceeded to walk to the back and leave me waiting for 5 minutes I then ask another nail tech who was working on someone else if was a wait time she proceeds to tell me to wait 5-10 minutes more… As a Latino women and as a paying customer I can’t believe I can’t even get proper service.
I came in to get my nails cut down and repolished. A man did my nails. I didn't catch his name, he did a good job. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. I was greeted as I walked in the door.
This place is horrible. I scheduled an appointment over the phone, just to get one mail fixed. The lady who helped me sat right at the first table as you walk in. She was moody, mean and very pushy. I needed one nail fixed because I accidentally broke it while cleaving my house to have guess over the next day. I was already upset about breaking my nails and after experiencing; what I felt was extremely bad service I felt even worst. It was only 5 dollars to fix a nail and she charged me $10. I paid the fee and left. I will never ever return back to establishment. I was treated horribly. When she replace the broken nail she put another one on and it was placed on crooked according to De’CoCo Nails. This place will never get money out of my pocket ever again, not even in an emergency.
