My experience today with Bill was very upsetting. He was so rude and did a terrible job. I had my pinky nail cut by the nail file. I had blood that covered my nail. He didn't say sorry and kept using his tools.
I took pictures and I am so upset that I just stopped asking him to fix them and paid and left. I won't be back
We have taken our elderly mother here on several occasions to get her nails done. It is a treat for her to get pampered. The staff here is kind and patient.
The nail techs are very friendly and are easy to talk to. They are helpful when it comes to making suggestions on matching colors and everything as well. The service is great and they are great at what they do. You are in and out in no time and the prices are super reasonable.
I went there to get a fill-in and get my nails redone the lady made my nose so short that when she filed my real nails she actually made my fingers bleed she was too busy watching TV and not paying attention to what she was doing I'm so unhappy with the results I will not be spending my money there again she didn't even cover my full nail with the acrylic my nose looks so sloppy and so unprofessional I am not happy
I tried this nail salon for the first time today. I love my new mani for winter! The couple who own the salon are two of the nicest people I have met! Unfortunately my Mani came off very quickly. I was very disappointed that the nail polish chipped off on the second day and the tips strangely started disappearing. I like to support local businesses and I’m hopeful that this was just a Mani issue.
I have been going to Ann and Bill for over 16 years! Will never go anywhere else, they make the experience fun, hold great conversation, and over all a wonderful time! Never disappointed when I leave! Thank you!❤️
I do like getting my nails done here. It is close to home. They usually don't have a very long wait to get your nails done. The facility is always clean and staff is friendly. The only thing I've noticed is that it seems like their prices have increased quite a bit over the last couple years. I also wish they would be more suggestive as to new styles, etc. Overall, decent place to go if you don't need anything real artsy.
