Thought I'd FINALLY found a good nail salon. The highlight of a pedicure for me is the leg/foot massage. Most places have gone to rubbing those stupid rocks on your legs. The first time I went here, I got a beautiful massage. The second time, it was ok. This last time, she slapped some lotion on and went to painting my nails. I paid full price for half a pedicure (and of course they've raised their prices). Won't be doing that again. The search continues.
I’ve gone to this nail salon a few times. The first time, I was with a woman who I got the feeling might be the owner of the place (I believe her husband works there also) . My nails looked thick and sloppy, She was very unfriendly and rushed with me to get to another woman. A couple weeks later I went back it could have just been a tough day for her. but I was wrong, she was still very short and rude. A lady named Nancy fix my nails (the nails that were sloppily done previously here.) She drilled them to look thinner, more natural and I liked them! Now to today, I decided to go back since they told me they could get me 30 minutes from the time I called. They came out ok but it’s just not the friendliest environment and really expensive. I can get past a lot of things but bad customer service isn’t one. If I’m treated well, I’ll go back over and over again but I just get the feeling like I’m not wanted there. I’ll find another place to go to next time.
I've been all over the place trying to find a reliable, clean, relatively/ modern place to get my nails done. This place fit the bill for me. I got in quickly and Nancy did a great job on my pedicure. I'll definitely be back.
First time here! Everyone was super awesome and kind! Had an appointment, got taken care of right away, everything was super clean and got the nails done in a good timely manner! And they look amazing! Will be back again soon for sure! :)
Had been going to this place for a while. The service here was always hit or miss. It depends on the person you get to do your nails. But lately the service has really gone down hill while the prices have gone up. They are not consistent with their pricing either so you have to ask them what it is and make sure you are charged right. They take walk-ins or appointments but it doesn’t really matter which one you do because you are serviced based the amount of workers they have. My sister booked an appointment for her bridal party to come and get their nails done and we were each serviced at different times and none of us got to sit together. You don’t get the same treatment every time. Some give you a full treatment other cut corners to get you done faster. The variety of colors for dip or gel is not very good. Some can do good designs while others can’t. If they can’t they’ll make an excuse like, “you’re nails are too short” or something that doesn’t make sense. Overall, I don’t even know why I continued to come back but finally had enough and will be going somewhere else.
I wish I could give this business 0 stars because I booked an appt for a gel manicure a day ahead of time and actually spoke with my appt. technician. I arrived 10 minutes early and "Mike" said he would be done in 10 minutes. Well 40 minutes later he still hadn't finished with another customer and said he needed "two more minutes" when it was clear the customer was no where near being done. I waited the requisite 2 minutes and left. I felt they should have honored my appt but it is clear they don't care. Won't ever visit them again, no mater how may rave reviews are given. Life is short and there are dozens of nail salons in the area.
I had a set done that I was not fully happy with (partly my fault because I asked for a shape that did not work well with my finger shape). Anyways, I called back after I left and spoke to Tammie (who is the owner and manager). Right away, I was greeted with professionalism and respect- she also offered to PERSONALLY fix my whole set and I came back at my convenience after work and close to closing time. Tammie took the time to fix my nails and helped me pick a suitable color for my skin tone. She never once rushed me or rushed her work, she also took the time after re-shaping my nails to make sure I was content with the outcome. I will keep coming back to this business because of her professionalism and amazing work ethic. She is so personable, friendly and efficient. I have been to this salon more than 4 times and never once have I been greeted with anything but respect. Great staff and even better management.
