Read this for a honest review!!! Im editing this review because when I wrote the initial one i definitely had my rose colored glasses on… here is the beginning is the first review: So went here on a complete whim. But seriously I really felt the love and it was a very personal experience. I went at like 4:00 and it was packed the nice women Ti ( I’m not sure the spelling honestly) told me to come back at 5:30 ( after they close). I came back and they were so nice and gave me a beautiful design and I had a very in depth conversation with my tech Steve. Clearly their customers love them because they were bringing in Christmas gifts for the techs and telling me that they themselves were repeat customers over several years.

My tech Steve, the girl who did my design clearly rushed and after 3 days of having them they are chipping… they are smudged and sloppy and i spent a lot of money to get something I’m going to have to pay to get fixed somewhere else. i really wanted to love this place so much so when i got a text asking if i wanted to leave a review i jumped at the chance. I think this place is good but this experience probably will keep me from coming back. I’m sorry to leave a poor review I really liked the people here. I just wish they told me to come back another day so it wasn’t rushed.
This is my 2nd time coming here and I absolutely love this salon. The workers are so friendly and respectful, they check up on you, make sure you are comfortable and reassure you just enough. The nails last me at least 3 weeks, i’m a very active person so it’s surprising and makes me happy I can keep these wonderful nails on while being active. I will most definitely come back here when I’m getting my nails done again and thanks Steve for doing such a good job on them today!
9/3/2022- Another wonderful day at Towne Lake Nails Salon. I always enjoy getting my nails done here. The staff is so nice and fun. They are willing to answer any questions you have and share ideas for new styles with your nails. It’s always a great experience every time I go.

This salon has been tried and true! I have made the mistake of going elsewhere on the rare occasion that I needed something done and there wasn't availability. I regret it every time. I have always gotten wonderful service and care. Angel, Thi, and Steve have done my nails and Tom has done my pedicures. Always leave with outstanding designs and nails that look amazing! I draw so many compliments from complete strangers all the time! And Tom gives the bestest pedicure massage ever! Does reflexology and really breaks up the knots! Been coming here since about 2015 (I think I could be wrong on the year but it's definitely been at least 7 years. If you haven't yet you should check them out! You won't regret it!
My wife loves getting her nails done here. They're always very friendly and talkative. They do a fantastic job and her nails always come out looking great, we look forward to coming to see them!
Extremely professional and accommodating. The most comfortable I've ever felt in a nail salon. The pedicure was amazing! Steve was very detail oriented with my nail design
I have been going to this nail salon for years and will continue to go. I have had the gel polish and SNS nail manicures done. I also get my brows waxed and they are always respectful. They know my name when I walk in. They always say hello & greet everyone that comes through the door. They place respectful music, they chat with you if you want to chat. They treat me like family. I definitely recommend them to everyone.
I love the excellent work they do on my nails. They always do a great job and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!
